Job Description
Join TEQ as a fast-paced digital all-rounder, creating and optimising high-quality content across Queensland’s owned channels. This permanent role leads the global consumer email program and manages content across Queensland.com, social media, and email, balancing organic and paid campaigns with community management. You’ll also support visual content creation using design tools, ensuring all digital content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with Queensland’s brand voice. Success in this role means inspiring audiences and delivering on business outcomes through strategic planning, execution, and innovation.
Key duties
Lead the global consumer email program, plan, write, design, and optimise campaigns and automated workflows.
Collaborate with technical teams and agencies to enhance email performance and explore commercial opportunities.
Create, edit, and publish content across Queensland.com and social media using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Write and adapt copy for diverse audiences, leveraging AI tools and maintaining brand tone and UX best practices.
Design and schedule engaging visual and written content aligned with campaign themes and digital strategy.
Manage social media communities, track content performance, and provide actionable insights through reporting.
Skilled digital content creator across web, email, and social platforms.
Proficient in email marketing tools, scheduling, and analytics (Adobe Campaign preferred).
Strong copywriting, editing, and visual design abilities with high attention to detail.
Experienced with content management systems, especially Adobe Experience Manager.
Comfortable using or learning AI tools for content creation and optimisation.
Organised, proactive communicator who thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
